Leadville/Lake County Animal Shelter provides animal care for all of Leadville/Lake County. We are committed to providing humane care to companion animals; reuniting lost pets with their owners; adopting pets to loving homes, and educating the public about the animal’s needs. We are dedicated to providing the best care possible for every animal that enters our doors. We promote spaying and neutering to reduce pet overpopulation, and we will continue working towards the day when every pet has a loving home.
