Snow Removal
The City of Leadville annually reviews the snow policy and plan. Attached is the brochure for the winter season 2020-2021. Please be an informed neighbor and share this document. This policy/brochure was direct mailed in November of 2020. If you have any questions please contact us for more information.
EXCAVATION PERMITS 2023
Permits are issued from May 1st- Sept 30th annually and under a moratorium Oct 1st- April 30th. A permit is required for any and all excavations, alley work, right-of-way projects, sidewalks, curbs, or gutters in the city's streets, alleys, and rights of way.
