The City of Leadville is currently working to amend film permit application requirements. Currently, film productions must file a film permit application. If the film will require City Services or will have an impact upon public property, public facilities, parks, sidewalks, paths, trails, streets, or other public areas or the temporary use of private property in a manner that varies from its current land use, that lies within the boundaries of the City of Leadville, a Special Event/ Temporary Use Permit will also be required.
